PROTECTING THE CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS OF ALL AMERICANS
The American Constitutional Rights Union (ACRU) is dedicated to defending the constitutionally-protected civil rights of all Americans.
While many other organizations, such as the ACLU, are intent on shifting court decisions and public opinion against American values, we work every day to safeguard the liberties enshrined in our Constitution and Bill of Rights.
We hope you will join us in the fight to protect America, the best and last hope for freedom. Your donations will make a difference.

ACRU becomes the American Constitutional Rights Union
ACRU is proud to announce an organizational name change from American Civil Rights Union to American CONSTITUTIONAL Rights Union as we continue to honor the legacy of founder Bob Carleson to “to defend constitutionally-protected rights of all Americans.” As President Lori Roman notes, “we were created as an antidote to the ACLU. We can think of no better way to punctuate that ACRU is the true defender of individual and economic freedoms that are unique and fundamental to our nation than to include “Constitution” in our name.”

And they want the ballots to be mailed out automatically to everyone whose name is listed in the voter registry, whether they request one or not and whether they are dead or alive. This, of course, will be big boon to the Chicago machine, which routinely has dead people voting in city elections.
The American Constitutional Rights Union named Virginia Governor Ralph Northam (D) as its Crisis Tyrant this week, based on his arbitrary and excessive COVID-19 restrictions, and using a pandemic to pass laws that permanently harm the integrity of the Commonwealth and its residents.
ACRU announces its Protect Elderly Votes project to ensure the votes of our greatest generation are fully honored without the threat of vote fraud.
ACRU's Protect Military Votes Project is currently featured in American Military News. ACRU is a champion for our military and their families, and we work to ensure ballots are received by service members overseas and counted correctly when they arrive at local election locations.
