If we are to Live Free, well, we must embrace the three words, Duty, Honor, Country. These are the words we still embrace at the American Constitutional Rights Union’s Committee to Support and Defend. Furthermore, we must not allow those who see these words as meaningless to rule and lord over us.

It can no longer be debated, the real war on women is being waged by the progressive socialist left. The recent vote in the US House of Representatives that saw all 203 Democrats vote against protecting women’s sports is evidence. Joe Biden’s pledge to veto any bill that protects women’s sports is further proof. And now we have the decision by the Arizona Attorney General to sacrifice young women seeking to excel in sports upon the altar of gender dysphoria is highly disconcerting. The left desires to erase women from our society. Biological males wishing to compete against females is not heroic, it is cowardice personified. And those supporting this absurdity are utterly deranged and in violation of the constitutional rights of Women in America.
The Robert B. Carleson Freedom Scholarship
The American Constitutional Rights Union is proud to announce the creation of The Robert B. Carleson Freedom Scholarship, honoring our founder’s lifelong dedication to liberty, limited government, and the principles of the U.S. Constitution.
Beginning in January 2026, this scholarship will be awarded annually to graduating high school seniors who demonstrate a strong commitment to constitutional values and civic responsibility.
Named for Robert B. Carleson, a visionary public servant who championed individual freedom and self-reliance, the scholarship will help deserving students pursue higher education while carrying forward his enduring legacy. Learn more about Robert Carleson’s impact here.
The Defenders Initiative recognizes law enforcement agencies honoring their constitutional oath to protect and to serve by working cooperatively with ICE to identify, process, and detain dangerous immigration offenders per Section 287(g).

As the Left shamelessly schemes to prevent election integrity measures in state legislatures and abolish them with a federal power grab (H.R. 1/S. 1), their propaganda includes references to Jim Crow laws of the past.
