The choice we have in America is simple: Live Free or live as serfs. Our domestic, national, border, economic, and energy security is all under assault by these deranged maniacal tyrants. If there is one dominant theme I hear in my travels in and around Dallas County, Texas, and indeed across America, it is this. Hey, Colonel, what are we going to do about election integrity? Colonel, how do we keep them, the progressive socialist left, from cheating? The answer is not that hard and is quite achievable.
The Intellectual Wasteland of Our American College Campuses
Why are these young people on these campuses afraid to have open debate? Why do they wish to shut down opposing thoughts, perspectives, and insights? As liberal NY Senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan said, “You are entitled to your own opinions, but not your own facts.” Why do they stand up and shout like little temperamental children and then run away before they can be confronted in intellectual joust? Simple, they are not being prepared for intellectual debate because too many of these campuses are wastelands for mindless lemmings.
Blackwell and Roman: Disarming Americans is the Best Way to Enslave Them
Modern history provides troubling proof that loss of liberty is preceded by disarmament of citizens. This week, the most obvious example is right before our eyes as we watch the Cuban people pleading for freedom. Fidel Castro took control of Cuba in 1959 and immediately called for removing all guns from citizens. His new communist regime sent agents door to door to coerce citizens into turning over their firearms. If you think it could not happen here, recall the confiscation of thousands of home-defense firearms during the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina.

American Constitutional Rights Union (ACRU) Policy Board member, Ken Blackwell has written an op ed which explains how the DNC failed to hijack the Voting Rights Act of 1965 when the Supreme Court in Brnovich v. DNC laid a foundation to restore Americans’ confidence in their elections so that everywhere in this nation it can be easy to vote, but hard to cheat.

The Robert B. Carleson Freedom Scholarship
The American Constitutional Rights Union is proud to announce the creation of The Robert B. Carleson Freedom Scholarship, honoring our founder’s lifelong dedication to liberty, limited government, and the principles of the U.S. Constitution.
Beginning in January 2026, this scholarship will be awarded annually to graduating high school seniors who demonstrate a strong commitment to constitutional values and civic responsibility.
Named for Robert B. Carleson, a visionary public servant who championed individual freedom and self-reliance, the scholarship will help deserving students pursue higher education while carrying forward his enduring legacy. Learn more about Robert Carleson’s impact here.
The Defenders Initiative recognizes law enforcement agencies honoring their constitutional oath to protect and to serve by working cooperatively with ICE to identify, process, and detain dangerous immigration offenders per Section 287(g).

As the Left shamelessly schemes to prevent election integrity measures in state legislatures and abolish them with a federal power grab (H.R. 1/S. 1), their propaganda includes references to Jim Crow laws of the past. ACRU educated the public on this issue some years ago in our publication “The Truth About Jim Crow.”
