Consider the whole COVID situation when anyone challenging a prescribed narrative was shut down and censored. The people lost their right to free speech and expression, and that was enabled by government collusion with media platforms to suppress dissension. In every case, it was about facts being discarded as “disinformation” or “misinformation.” We almost saw an Orwellian government directorate established in the Department of Homeland Security to “police” said violations. We the People were stripped of our most basic freedoms, just to go outside, and were driven into submission over a virus that severely affected those with certain comorbidities. But, to speak in such a way, one was assailed. We even saw medical professionals have their credentials threatened or licenses revoked, all because they did, indeed, follow the science.
The Robert B. Carleson Freedom Scholarship
The American Constitutional Rights Union is proud to announce the creation of The Robert B. Carleson Freedom Scholarship, honoring our founder’s lifelong dedication to liberty, limited government, and the principles of the U.S. Constitution.
Beginning in January 2026, this scholarship will be awarded annually to graduating high school seniors who demonstrate a strong commitment to constitutional values and civic responsibility.
Named for Robert B. Carleson, a visionary public servant who championed individual freedom and self-reliance, the scholarship will help deserving students pursue higher education while carrying forward his enduring legacy. Learn more about Robert Carleson’s impact here.
The Defenders Initiative recognizes law enforcement agencies honoring their constitutional oath to protect and to serve by working cooperatively with ICE to identify, process, and detain dangerous immigration offenders per Section 287(g).

As the Left shamelessly schemes to prevent election integrity measures in state legislatures and abolish them with a federal power grab (H.R. 1/S. 1), their propaganda includes references to Jim Crow laws of the past. ACRU educated the public on this issue some years ago in our publication “The Truth About Jim Crow.”
