The Robert B. Carleson Freedom Scholarship
The American Constitutional Rights Union is proud to announce the creation of The Robert B. Carleson Freedom Scholarship, honoring our founder’s lifelong dedication to liberty, limited government, and the principles of the U.S. Constitution.
Beginning in January 2026, this scholarship will be awarded annually to graduating high school seniors who demonstrate a strong commitment to constitutional values and civic responsibility.
Named for Robert B. Carleson, a visionary public servant who championed individual freedom and self-reliance, the scholarship will help deserving students pursue higher education while carrying forward his enduring legacy. Learn more about Robert Carleson’s impact here.
The Defenders Initiative recognizes law enforcement agencies honoring their constitutional oath to protect and to serve by working cooperatively with ICE to identify, process, and detain dangerous immigration offenders per Section 287(g).

Activists are fighting hard for “rights” for children to have abortions, undergo permanent medical procedures under the umbrella of gender dysphoria, and more—all without parental knowledge, much less consent. LTC West welcomes Professor William Jacobson, Clinical Professor of Law and Director of the Securities Law Clinic, Cornell Law School and Founder of EqualProtect.org, to discuss the line between freedom of speech, expression and assembly versus support of terrorism. This issue is particularly hot on college campuses in the wake of the recent terror attacks in Israel, where speech is often regulated, but the rules are applied unequally and inconsistently. The reason? As Professor Jacobson explains, college campuses have been “completely ideologically captured by the left,” leading to an extreme intolerance of other people’s viewpoints.

As the Left shamelessly schemes to prevent election integrity measures in state legislatures and abolish them with a federal power grab (H.R. 1/S. 1), their propaganda includes references to Jim Crow laws of the past. ACRU educated the public on this issue some years ago in our publication “The Truth About Jim Crow.”
We encourage you to download this important publication and share with others. It is important to remember the history of Jim Crow and to know that it has nothing to do with present day voting integrity laws. We all should agree that it should be easy to vote and hard to cheat.
