The information on this Platform about any voter, including records of voting history, was provided to ACRU by the Virginia Department of Elections (the “Department”) on August 19, 2025. The information contained on the Platform appears exactly as provided by the Department to ACRU on August 19, 2025. By making the Department’s records available on the Platform verbatim, ACRU does not state, represent, suggest, or imply that any voter voted or that a voter’s ballot was counted or not counted.
Additionally, the street address of eligible voters who have complied with VA Code § 24.2-418 (hereinafter referred to as a “protected voter”) must be removed from the publicly available voter list by the Department and substituted for a post office box address. If you believe
the information provided to ACRU by the Department is inaccurate, or if you believe that you or any person listed on the Platform is a protected voter whose protected information should not appear on the Platform, please immediately contact the Department by emailing info@elections.virginia.gov or calling 804-864-8901 or 800-552-9745 (toll free). For assistance with the process of becoming a protected voter, pleas reference Virginia’s Address Confidentiality Program or Obtaining a Protective Order. For information on the eligibility of a voter to use a post office box on the voter’s registration application, click here. Upon receipt of official documentation confirming your or any person’s protected voter status sent to us at info@theacru.org, ACRU will remove the protected information from the Platform.
