Iran is the number one sponsor of Islamic terrorism. During the first Trump administration, Iran was virtually bankrupt due to economic sanctions. There was no ability to fund its major proxies such as Hamas, Hezbollah, and the Houthis. Then came Joe "Autopen" Biden and a return to appeasement and enabling by way of easing sanctions and even providing billions of dollars. And what was the result?

Supreme Court Examines Whether Alabama’s Congressional Districts Violate Voting Rights Act
Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act, which took center stage Tuesday during oral arguments at the Supreme Court, prohibits a state from imposing a “standard, practice, or procedure” that “results in a denial or abridgement of the right of any citizen of the United States to vote on account of race or color … .”Courts have found that states violate this provision when they draw new legislative districts that dilute the voting power of minority voters by either packing as many of these voters as possible into a single district or by splitting these voters among various other districts—practices known as “packing” and “cracking” voters.
FBI, DOJ Misuse Federal Law to Arrest, Charge Pro-Life Activist
In an early morning raid Friday in Kintnersville, Pennsylvania, about two dozen FBI agents with weapons drawn pounded on the door of Mark Houck’s home, where he lives with his wife and seven children.The FBI agents arrested Houck based on a federal indictment. Sounds serious, right? Is Houck a domestic terrorist, an American jihadist, a dangerous militia member, a violent felon, or someone with a prior history of violence toward law enforcement who would require such an overwhelming show of force? Not even close.

The American Constitutional Rights Union is proud to announce the creation of The Robert B. Carleson Freedom Scholarship, honoring our founder’s lifelong dedication to liberty, limited government, and the principles of the U.S. Constitution.
Beginning in January 2026, this scholarship will be awarded annually to graduating high school seniors who demonstrate a strong commitment to constitutional values and civic responsibility.
Named for Robert B. Carleson, a visionary public servant who championed individual freedom and self-reliance, the scholarship will help deserving students pursue higher education while carrying forward his enduring legacy. Learn more about Robert Carleson’s impact here.
The Defenders Initiative recognizes law enforcement agencies honoring their constitutional oath to protect and to serve by working cooperatively with ICE to identify, process, and detain dangerous immigration offenders per Section 287(g).

As the Left shamelessly schemes to prevent election integrity measures in state legislatures and abolish them with a federal power grab (H.R. 1/S. 1), their propaganda includes references to Jim Crow laws of the past. ACRU educated the public on this issue some years ago in our publication “The Truth About Jim Crow.”
