No One Is Above the Law…Unless
A jury found Hunter Biden guilty, being the president's son has no bearing on the verdict. Joe Biden said no one is above the rule of law. His action to pardon Hunter Biden and the subsequent leftist media embrace was very loud and clear.
Haters Gonna Hate
I have often said, "When tolerance becomes a one-way street, it leads to cultural suicide." When you use language and the rhetoric of hate consistently in describing your political opposition, or, as Obama once said, you have to “punish” your political opponent, the results are deadly.

This whole insidious idea called "sanctuary states and cities" is unconstitutional. And resistance to the enforcement of the Constitution is called breaking the law.

The Robert B. Carleson Freedom Scholarship
The American Constitutional Rights Union is proud to announce the creation of The Robert B. Carleson Freedom Scholarship, honoring our founder’s lifelong dedication to liberty, limited government, and the principles of the U.S. Constitution.
Beginning in January 2026, this scholarship will be awarded annually to graduating high school seniors who demonstrate a strong commitment to constitutional values and civic responsibility.
Named for Robert B. Carleson, a visionary public servant who championed individual freedom and self-reliance, the scholarship will help deserving students pursue higher education while carrying forward his enduring legacy. Learn more about Robert Carleson’s impact here.
The Defenders Initiative recognizes law enforcement agencies honoring their constitutional oath to protect and to serve by working cooperatively with ICE to identify, process, and detain dangerous immigration offenders per Section 287(g).

As the Left shamelessly schemes to prevent election integrity measures in state legislatures and abolish them with a federal power grab (H.R. 1/S. 1), their propaganda includes references to Jim Crow laws of the past. ACRU educated the public on this issue some years ago in our publication “The Truth About Jim Crow.”
