Empowering Americans to Live Free.

Attorney General Edwin Meese III, ACRU Director
“As Attorney General in the Reagan Administration, I committed myself to conserving and expanding freedom. It was my position that our Constitution, its text, and the original intention behind it, demanded nothing less. To argue otherwise would be to risk, as Abraham Lincoln said, “blowing out the moral lights around us.”
That’s why I’ve, again, taken up my sword in defense of our Constitution and am fighting a very real and present danger to our nation. I serve on the board of an efficient and important organization, the American Constitutional Rights Union. I believe strongly that partnered with ACRU we have a real chance to preserve the freedoms and liberties we hold dear.”

Palestine Is a Region…Not a People
It appears that there is an ongoing confusion about the nature of a region in the Middle East called Palestine. Let's clear that up.
The Marxist Legal Insurrection Against Law Enforcement
It appears that the ACLU is confused about its name; perhaps it should be changed to IICLU, Illegal Immigrant Civil Liberties Union. Why? Because all across America, the ACLU is attacking our law enforcement agencies on behalf of people who have broken our laws.
The Modern Day Know Nothing Party
Violence is warranted when the Know Nothings are challenged by the Know Somethings. Mindless lemmings and useful idiots do not like being exposed, and the reaction is violence on the streets across America.
Von Spakovsky: Another Study Refutes Left’s False Claims Against Secure Elections
Trust the science, we’ve all been told. Well, the science has spoken again: Voter ID laws aren’t discriminatory and don’t suppress anyone’s vote.
Von Spakovsky: ‘Conservatives Need Not Apply’ Under Proposed Team Biden Hiring Rules
In a move that has gotten little notice in the press, the Biden administration is proposing federal hiring rules that easily could be abused to deny employment to anyone who questions liberal, woke policies, criticizes the government, or belongs to a politically incorrect organization.
Quote of the Day
No, our economy is not strong. No, we are no longer energy independent. No, we no longer possess a powerful military deterrent…matter of fact, we are a joke, as indicated by drag queen recruiters. No, we are not respected across the globe because our foreign policy is abysmal, and to have France’s President Macron downplay alliance with the US after a visit to China is telling. No, our streets are not safe, as the progressive socialist leftists by way of their well-placed Soros-backed district attorneys are releasing violent criminals. No, we do not have educational freedom and parental choice when the leftist teachers’ unions concentrate more power. Parents are being told they will lose their children if they do not consent to gender mutilation — heck, we are now struggling to understand what a woman is. We cannot be trusted to decide what car we wish to drive or appliances we want in our home, and we are being told how our home should be constructed.
The dangerous infiltration of cultural Marxism is dividing the Country in a detrimental way.

The 50501 protests, also known as the "50 states, 50 protests, one day" movement, are nationwide demonstrations against President Donald Trump's early agenda and Project 2025. The protests were organized in response to Trump's actions during his first two weeks back in office, including executive orders about immigration and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) policies. LIVE FREE LOCAL
The phrase, “All politics is local,” carries a lot more weight than one might think. In the Founders’ view of our Constitutional Republic, the ultimate power rests at the most local level possible — the individual citizen. Our Constitution is carefully designed to enumerate powers we voluntarily cede to the government in a descending fashion, starting with the individual and ending with the federal government. That’s right. The real power in our country rests with the individual and then the local and state representatives they elect.
This is why the American Constitutional Rights Union started the Live Free Local initiative. Our aim is to embrace local politics and arm you with the tools to make a difference in your community and state.
ACRU EDUCATION RESOURCES AND LEGAL INITIATIVES
As the Left shamelessly schemes to prevent election integrity measures in state legislatures and abolish them with a federal power grab (H.R. 1/S. 1), their propaganda includes references to Jim Crow laws of the past. ACRU educated the public on this issue some years ago in our publication “The Truth About Jim Crow.”
We encourage you to download this important publication and share with others. It is important to remember the history of Jim Crow and to know that it has nothing to do with present day voting integrity laws. We all should agree that it should be easy to vote and hard to cheat.
Is protecting the very things that make this country great worth 60 seconds of your time? Great!
