Empowering Americans to Live Free.

Attorney General Edwin Meese III, ACRU Director
“As Attorney General in the Reagan Administration, I committed myself to conserving and expanding freedom. It was my position that our Constitution, its text, and the original intention behind it, demanded nothing less. To argue otherwise would be to risk, as Abraham Lincoln said, “blowing out the moral lights around us.”
That’s why I’ve, again, taken up my sword in defense of our Constitution and am fighting a very real and present danger to our nation. I serve on the board of an efficient and important organization, the American Constitutional Rights Union. I believe strongly that partnered with ACRU we have a real chance to preserve the freedoms and liberties we hold dear.”

Why America has the Second Amendment
19 April 1775. On that day, there was no American Army, Navy, or Marine Corps; matter of fact, there was no America. However, there was an understanding that armed individuals could be free citizens who attain liberty; disarmed individuals can only be subjects.
America’s 21st Century National Security Strategy
"A Nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious, but it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through the alleys, and heard in the very halls of government itself."
Leftists Say the Strangest Things
Leftists are always the first to scream that rejection of their absurd policies results in people dying. Yet, when Americans are actually dying, they refute the fact and seek to convince us that there is no threat or danger.
GA Secretary of State Must Address Documented Issues Raised by the Halderman Report
A shocking detailed report recently exposed that the software used in Georgia’s voting machines is not up to date and hasn’t been for years, which raises serious security concerns about the ability to protect voters.
A federal court just handed Biden’s Ministry of Truth a big defeat
In a landmark decision that should have all Americans cheering, a Louisiana federal court recently upheld their First Amendment right to speak without being censored by the government. Judge Terry Doughty said the case, Missouri v. Biden, "arguably involves the most massive attack against free speech in United States’ history."
Quote of the Day
The amount of single military-age males being allowed illegal entry into America should give us all concern. As well, the same goes for the level of single military-age females. I saw videos of Mexican officials taking illegals to positions and crossing points where there were no individuals to deter their entry. See, you can put up concertina wire, but if no one is there conducting overwatch, it loses its value and capability. Over these past two years We the People have been fed lies, deception, gimmicks, optics, and platitudes when it comes to our southern border security. Now, it has reached its full zenith, and there are still two more years of Biden regime rule…even more years of a feckless Texas governor. Neither of whom are fulfilling their constitutional duties and responsibilities.
The Robert B. Carleson Freedom Scholarship

The American Constitutional Rights Union is proud to announce the creation of The Robert B. Carleson Freedom Scholarship, honoring our founder’s lifelong dedication to liberty, limited government, and the principles of the U.S. Constitution.
Beginning in January 2026, this scholarship will be awarded annually to graduating high school seniors who demonstrate a strong commitment to constitutional values and civic responsibility.
Named for Robert B. Carleson, a visionary public servant who championed individual freedom and self-reliance, the scholarship will help deserving students pursue higher education while carrying forward his enduring legacy. Learn more about Robert Carleson’s impact here.

LIVE FREE LOCAL
The phrase, “All politics is local,” carries a lot more weight than one might think. In the Founders’ view of our Constitutional Republic, the ultimate power rests at the most local level possible — the individual citizen. Our Constitution is carefully designed to enumerate powers we voluntarily cede to the government in a descending fashion, starting with the individual and ending with the federal government. That’s right. The real power in our country rests with the individual and then the local and state representatives they elect.
This is why the American Constitutional Rights Union started the Live Free Local initiative. Our aim is to embrace local politics and arm you with the tools to make a difference in your community and state.
ACRU EDUCATION RESOURCES AND LEGAL INITIATIVES
As the Left shamelessly schemes to prevent election integrity measures in state legislatures and abolish them with a federal power grab (H.R. 1/S. 1), their propaganda includes references to Jim Crow laws of the past. ACRU educated the public on this issue some years ago in our publication “The Truth About Jim Crow.”
We encourage you to download this important publication and share with others. It is important to remember the history of Jim Crow and to know that it has nothing to do with present day voting integrity laws. We all should agree that it should be easy to vote and hard to cheat.
