Freedom of Religion…for Who?
The very first freedom, liberty, in our individual Bill of Rights is the freedom of religion and the free exercise thereof. So, with this backdrop, I found it quite interesting, hypocritical, earlier this week on Monday, that four Muslim women in hijabs were passing out Qurans and hijabs at Wylie East HS in Wylie, Texas.

Automatic Voter Registration Opens Door to Voter Fraud
Automatic voter registration is currently used in 23 states and the District of Columbia. Supporters say it simplifies the registration process and removes barriers to voting, but this is verifiably untrue, and there are many failures of automatic voter registration that make it a deeply flawed system.

The curly-haired five-year-old was in trouble again. The year was 1967, and her kindergarten teacher had sent her to sit in the corner for the third time that week. The same crime was committed almost every day during recess. The little girl acted a lot like a little boy. The teacher requested that Mom stop the “inappropriate behavior,” but the mother insisted on a compromise: she would have her daughter wear shorts under her dress each day. That teacher was wrong. But not as wrong as a progressive 2023 teacher who would insist that such a little girl is actually a little boy trapped in a little girl’s body.

The Robert B. Carleson Freedom Scholarship
The American Constitutional Rights Union is proud to announce the creation of The Robert B. Carleson Freedom Scholarship, honoring our founder’s lifelong dedication to liberty, limited government, and the principles of the U.S. Constitution.
Beginning in January 2026, this scholarship will be awarded annually to graduating high school seniors who demonstrate a strong commitment to constitutional values and civic responsibility.
Named for Robert B. Carleson, a visionary public servant who championed individual freedom and self-reliance, the scholarship will help deserving students pursue higher education while carrying forward his enduring legacy. Learn more about Robert Carleson’s impact here.
The Defenders Initiative recognizes law enforcement agencies honoring their constitutional oath to protect and to serve by working cooperatively with ICE to identify, process, and detain dangerous immigration offenders per Section 287(g).

As the Left shamelessly schemes to prevent election integrity measures in state legislatures and abolish them with a federal power grab (H.R. 1/S. 1), their propaganda includes references to Jim Crow laws of the past. ACRU educated the public on this issue some years ago in our publication “The Truth About Jim Crow.”
