The same crime was committed almost every day during recess. The little girl acted a lot like a little boy. The teacher requested that Mom stop the “inappropriate behavior,” but the mother insisted on a compromise: she would have her daughter wear shorts under her dress each day. That teacher was wrong. But not as wrong as a progressive 2023 teacher who would insist that such a little girl is actually a little boy trapped in a little girl’s body.

The Robert B. Carleson Freedom Scholarship
The American Constitutional Rights Union is proud to announce the creation of The Robert B. Carleson Freedom Scholarship, honoring our founder’s lifelong dedication to liberty, limited government, and the principles of the U.S. Constitution.
Beginning in January 2026, this scholarship will be awarded annually to graduating high school seniors who demonstrate a strong commitment to constitutional values and civic responsibility.
Named for Robert B. Carleson, a visionary public servant who championed individual freedom and self-reliance, the scholarship will help deserving students pursue higher education while carrying forward his enduring legacy. Learn more about Robert Carleson’s impact here.
The Defenders Initiative recognizes law enforcement agencies honoring their constitutional oath to protect and to serve by working cooperatively with ICE to identify, process, and detain dangerous immigration offenders per Section 287(g).

As the Left shamelessly schemes to prevent election integrity measures in state legislatures and abolish them with a federal power grab (H.R. 1/S. 1), their propaganda includes references to Jim Crow laws of the past. ACRU educated the public on this issue some years ago in our publication “The Truth About Jim Crow.”
