Election Integrity
Let us be very clear: no "pandemic" suspends the rule of law in America, our Constitution.

An Arizona woman accused of illegally collecting early ballots in the 2020 primary election pleaded guilty Thursday in an agreement with state prosecutors that saw the more serious forgery and conspiracy charges dismissed and limited any potential for a lengthy prison sentence. Guillermina Fuentes, 66, could get probation for running what Arizona attorney general's office investigators said was a sophisticated operation using her status as a well-known Democratic operative in the border city of San Luis to persuade voters to let her gather and in some cases fill out their ballots.
Dinesh D’Souza’s new documentary, 2,000 Mules, raises serious questions about possible skullduggery in the 2020 election, involving absentee ballots across multiple states. But neither the liberal media, nor election officials, nor law enforcement seem to have much interest in investigating that potential wrongdoing. The reaction has largely boiled down to “nothing to see here!” or else to so-called “fact checks” that criticize the technology used to analyze the problems the film documents, rather than actually use the information D’Souza presents to investigate the credibility of the claims being made.
Election integrity continues to be an important issue to citizens across the country, regardless of their political affiliation. While many politicians on the left continue to downplay the issue of election fraud to the dismay of their constituents, threats to free and fair elections continue at an alarming rate,
During the 2020 election cycle, Joe Biden made the abhorrent claim that being Black was contingent upon voting for him. He infamously asserted, "if you have a problem figuring out whether you're for me or Trump, then you ain't black." Doggone, what shall I list as my ethnicity on my ATF Form 4473 the next time I go to purchase a firearm, as a law-abiding citizen? The new line of attack for the progressive socialist left in America is to denigrate anyone and everything as racist. It is what we are witnessing as cultural Marxism manifests in absurdities such as critical race theory and equity programs. To the left, it is simple, divide America into two categories, oppressors and oppressed.
The effort to have members of Congress barred from having their names on ballots based on claims that they participated in an “insurrection” on Jan. 6 or objected to electoral votes should fail. Congress permanently eliminated the insurrection disqualification in the 14th Amendment in amnesty acts that are still in force today, and the objections to the electoral votes were filed in accordance with federal law. All of these efforts and threats are a desperate attempt to gain political advantage through unconstitutional actions. They are a waste of time and resources and should be dismissed as such.
ACRU’s Ken Blackwell appears on the Dan O’Donnell show to discuss the state of election reform in Wisconsin and its critical role in the preservation of democratic principles. “The foundation of the American system of self-governance is liberty and the core expression of a peoples' liberty is the ability to vote in free and fair elections. Safeguarding the integrity of our elections is paramount to preserving our republic."
All accused of election-related misconduct in counties surrounding the Detroit metropolitan area, the three women facing felony charges are Trenae Myesha Rainey, 28; Carless Clark, 59; and Nancy Juanita Williams, 55. Prosecutors claim that Rainey worked at the Father Murray Nursing Home in Macomb County and forged the signatures of residents on absentee voting applications.
A top Democratic operative says voter fraud, especially with mail-in ballots, is no myth. And he knows this because he’s been doing it, on a grand scale, for decades.
Authorities arrested a North Texas candidate on dozens of felony voter fraud charges after catching him red-handed with a box of mail-in ballots belonging to local voters. Carrollton mayoral candidate Zul Mirza Mohamed was charged Wednesday with 109 felonies for fraudulently requesting and obtaining mail-in ballots he alleged were for nursing home residents.
