Today, Sheriff Mikesell sent a letter to ICE about the sanctuary policies put in place by Governor Polis, AG Weiser, and the Legislature which prioritize the protection of violent criminals over the protection of good, law-abiding people, specifically based on that criminal’s immigration status.
