First Amendment Constitutional Crisis: Free Speech vs. Terrorism Support

We are watching people take to the streets of America in support of an Islamic terrorist organization that, a month ago, killed 30 Americans and still holds Americans hostage. We are witnessing unbelievable videos of these individuals threatening, accosting, and intimidating Jewish students on American college and university campuses. Just recently we had the first fatality, a 69-year-old Jewish man named Paul Kessler succumbed to head injuries sustained during an assault by pro-Hamas supporters. There was a demonstration and an attack against a US military supply ship in the port of Oakland, California. There were very threatening demonstrations outside of the White House, which included vandalism, and an attempt to breach the walls by these pro-Hamas supporters. We saw the thousands who took over the Brooklyn Bridge in New York City.

Let’s be very clear, Hamas is an Islamic terrorist organization with a charter that clearly articulates the goal of extermination and annihilation of the sovereign Jewish State of Israel and Jews. Since departing Gaza in 2005, Hamas has been the ruling authority in Gaza, and has launched repeated attacks against Israel serving the purpose of achieving its chartered objective. Yet, we have people here, in America, taking to our streets chanting and professing the declared goal of this terrorist organization that just killed Americans: “From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free” — including a sitting Member of Congress. Free of what, or from what? It’s simple, they mean Jewish people.

I am not some brainiac lawyer but I can read and understand that what we are allowing to happen has nothing to do with First Amendment rights to free speech, expression, peaceable assembly, or petitioning the government for redress of grievances. This is all about aiding a terrorist enemy and providing material support to terrorists. Those are two laws firmly established by 18 U.S. Code 2339A and 10 U.S.Code 903b — Art. 103b. As such these actions by those supporting a terrorist organization that killed Americans, and thousands of innocent Jewish civilians, should not be tolerated as constitutional rights, liberties, and freedoms.

Imagine the American response to groups taking to the streets after 9-11 in support of Al Qaeda and the Taliban? Or how about groups publicly supporting the actions of ISIS/ISIL? So, why are we tolerating these actions now? An attempt to obstruct the operations of a US military vessel should have dire consequences. Occupying a building on Capitol Hill and obstructing business, including physically assaulting law enforcement officers, should come with penalties. This is something the left established with their January 6th response. Rashida Tlaib, a member of Congress, by inciting people to riot by promulgating the propaganda of an Islamic terrorist organization, and their mantra, should be sanctioned and censured.

At a minimum, Ms. Tlaib should be removed from all committees and restricted from attending and receiving any classified briefings, along with formal censure. Yes, she should be charged with the aforementioned violations of US Code, but we know this current Biden administration will do no such thing. She cannot be removed from office, that is the duty and responsibility of the constituents she represents. Based upon the actions of that constituency, she is indeed representing their voice, which is an even greater issue.

I thought that members of Congress were supposed to uphold, support, and defend the Constitution of the United States of America, rather than promoting a platform for an Islamic terrorist organization that has the blood of Americans on its hands. How can someone serve in our Congress when they are accusing a sitting president of conducting genocide? My last assessment of the situation in Gaza shows soldiers of a sovereign nation attacking an Islamic terrorist organization that just slaughtered its citizens. The same terrorist organization that uses the citizens of Gaza and their hospitals and other facilities as shields. It is reported that the Hamas headquarters is underground, beneath a major medical facility.

Our constitution’s first ten amendments are referred to as the individual Bill of Rights. However, I do not believe that our forefathers intended these sacred rights to be used by those supporting an enemy of our nation.

If the federal government will not put an end to this, it is therefore incumbent upon governors and local elected officials to take action. Where are our constitutional sheriffs who will uphold the rule of law and not allow terrorist sympathizers to occupy our streets? That includes Antifa and BLM, since they appear to have established an alliance with Islamic jihadists. It seems that anti-Americanism and antisemitism go hand in hand for progressive socialist leftists.

Let us be forewarned: what happened to 69-year-old Paul Kessler in California is exactly what these Islamic terrorist supporters desire. The leadership and organizers of these protests should be arrested. Those who are providing financial support to these pro-Hamas jihadists should have their accounts frozen. Yes, that includes the well-known Nazi collaborator, George Soros and his assets. Some things never change, huh?

Our First Amendment does not protect people from being held accountable for supporting enemies of our nation and civilization. How can we expect to Live Free when Islamic jihadists in America openly express their support for heinous, barbaric, and savage actions? In the case of Ms. Tlaib, refusing to condemn those actions. Furthermore, these co-conspirators are willingly calling for the annihilation of an entire race of people. In other words, they are the modern day Nazis and followers of Adolf Hitler.

Am I to believe that those wanting the extermination of the Jewish people, and subsequently anyone opposing them, is protected as free speech? No, I am not a lawyer, but I understand the Constitution, and I am an American who will not tolerate Islamic terrorism — or any sort of terrorism — intimidation, or violence, and deeming it an individual right! I think these pro-Hamas supporters best be cognizant of another individual right, freedom loving Americans possess, namely the Second Amendment.

God’s blessings upon Paul Kessler, and may the loss of his life serve as our warning.

Steadfast and Loyal.
