ACRU is offering a big thank you to House Armed Services Committee Chairman Rogers and House Speaker Johnson and their teams for working to ensure key provisions are written into the final versions of the 2025 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) legislation. Expected to be voted on in the House of Representatives this week, the NDAA includes these provisions:

• Permanently ban transgender medical treatment for minors.
• Prohibit contracting with advertising firms that blacklist conservative news sources.
• Abolish the DEI bureaucracy.
• Counter antisemitism by prohibiting sale of goods at DOD commissaries and exchanges from any entities that have or are engaged in a boycott of Israel

To secure these significant wins, House Republicans will need to pass a rule and pass the final negotiated package.
