The United States shall guarantee to every state in this union a republican form of government, and shall protect each of them against invasion; and on application of the legislature, or of the executive (when the legislature cannot be convened) against domestic violence. — Article IV, Section 4, the United States Constitution.

The aforementioned excerpt comes from our rule of law, the Constitution, and establishes a responsibility of the federal government. It cannot be debated that this current Biden administration is in complete and utter violation of the Constitution.

One would think that would represent a high crime and misdemeanor against the United States, certainly treason. I have been down to the Texas border with Mexico on countless occasions and will be heading back next week to Kinney County. I have stood on the banks of the Rio Grande River in the early morning hours to watch human smugglers ferrying illegals into the United States, with the aid of our very own Texas National Guard troops. I have been on the ground with a tracking team following the trail of illegal immigrants. I have even chased after two illegals, but lost them as they jumped a fence into a ranch and disappeared into the bush.

Message to Biden, Harris, and Mayorkas: the border is not secure! And VP Harris, border czarina, who has never been to the border, a port of entry in El Paso is not the same; you’re a failure in your duties.

Just days ago, disturbing surveillance camera footage was released of armed narco-criminal terrorists, cartel members, operating freely along the border in the United States, in Texas. No, we do not have operational control (OPCON) of our own border. The fact that we have non-state, non-uniformed belligerents openly carrying weapons in our country is an invasion. Would any of us accept the Taliban, Al Qaeda, or ISIS doing such? This is occurring because of an administration that has ceded our sovereignty to the enemy, an enemy that is enabling the death of Americans by way of a chemical called fentanyl. We can no longer argue with the truth about human, especially child, sex trafficking.

However, what I find most infuriating about the situation of armed terrorists operating in the State of Texas, and America, along the border is that they are doing so with impunity. Yes, we have the surveillance camera footage, but where was the aerial surveillance to track these individuals? Where were the drones? Where were the helicopters that could have been vectored to the area and maintained contact? Where were the ground forces on patrol who could have been directed to engage these invaders, and yes, terminate them. We have already endured instances of these terrorists firing across the border into the United States, which is a violation of international law and an act of war.

Yet, the feckless Biden administration does nothing but aid and abet these actions and behavior by publicly dismissing an impeachable offense.

Orange buoys in the Rio Grande River are nothing more than a publicity stunt optic. Until we do as Article IV, Section 4 mandates, or the Texas State Constitution in Article IV, Section 7 “repel invasions,” we are just enabling and emboldening.

The federal government, and state governments, are responsible by respective Constitutions to protect us, “We the People”, but they are failing. Think about the rising level of crime, and the response from the Biden administration is to disarm legal, law-abiding Americans who have a Constitutional right to “keep and bear arms that shall not be infringed.” The American people are facing the scourges of chemical warfare, after suffering from a biological warfare attack, dealing with rampant human and sex trafficking, and wanton criminality where those defending their businesses are investigated (see the Stockton, California, 7-11 incident).

We are living in a state of American insecurity but the American Constitutional Rights Union will stand in the gap to protect your ability to Live Free. The progressive socialist left is more concerned with gender dysphoria, cultural Marxism, murdering unborn babies in the womb, and financially destabilizing our Republic.

We will not surrender to them, and we will defend our rights, freedoms, and liberties. And that certainly means we will not allow the invasion of our nation by a terrorist organization, or China.
