Impeachable Offenses

Greetings, everyone.

During the Trump administration we heard the word “impeachment” quite often. And, indeed, the US House of Representatives under the Speakership of Nancy Pelosi voted to impeach President Trump not once but twice. On both occasions these so-called charges were proven bogus, and politically motivated. There was the Russian collusion hoax and then the infamous Ukrainian phone call. Neither of these represented what the US Constitution defines as “high crimes and misdemeanors.” You cannot impeach a President because you lost and you do not like the individual.

The last thing we need is for impeachment to become a politicized tool. But, we do need to use this instrument for the purposes for which it was intended.

Recently, a Member of the US House of Representatives from Rhode Island, Congressman Cicilline, used extremely vulgar verbiage in reference to our individual constitutional rights. He stated that he did not want to hear anything about “constitutional rights BS.” As a former member of Congress who served with this fella, I must admit that if there were grounds for his removal as a United States congressional representative you have such. After all, Rep. Marjorie Greene of Georgia was removed from her committee assignments, wrongfully so, because of some statements deemed controversial. But, what will be the ramifications for a member of Congress who does not believe in one of the individual rights in the US Constitution’s Bill of Rights . . . or perhaps he does not believe in any of them? That would place Rep. Cicilline in violation of his sworn oath to the Constitution.

I should know a little bit about taking an oath to the Constitution, since I first did so on July 31, 1982 at the age of 21.

We also know right now that a massive human train of individuals is heading towards our southern border in order to gain illegal entry into America. Article IV, Section 4 of the US Constitution is known as the “Guarantee Clause.” It clearly states that the federal government is to guarantee to each state in the Union protection from invasion. Right now, more people have illegally entered the United States in the first 16 months of the Biden administration than the population of Cicilline’s Rhode Island, certainly more than states like Montana and Wyoming.
The current President of the United States and Secretary of Homeland Security both took oaths to uphold our Constitution. In simple southern vernacular . . . they ain’t!

I can clearly see this as a very high crime and misdemeanor when you understand that our own federal government is aiding and abetting drug, human, and sex trafficking in their violation of their oath to the Constitution.

I have just articulated several impeachable offenses; how many others have as well?

This is why America must have, and needs, the American Constitutional Rights Union. If we go silent on the issue of constitutional rights, then what happens to our Constitutional Republic?

At this moment, the progressive socialist left is ripping up our Constitution, just as Nancy Pelosi ripped up her copy of President Trump’s State of the Union address.

Steadfast and Loyal!
