It may be your home but you can’t live in it during COVID-19

Yet another liberty to take a hit during COVID-19 is property rights. Just as MI governor Whitmer blocks home owners from their second home-cabin-trailer up north in Michigan, the government of North Carolina is telling owners of beach homes that they can’t live in their own residences. It is unlikely that either state will be sending rebates to home owners who can’t access homes on which they pay taxes.
