ICE, the ATF and Kentucky’s Lyon County Sheriff’s Office arrested a documented MS-13 member Oct. 24 who’s been designated as a known or suspected terrorist.
ICE’s Enforcement and Removal Operations New Orleans placed an immigration detainer on Franklin Oriel Fajardo-Arana, an illegal alien from Honduras, following his arrest by the Mobile Police Department on Oct. 27.
ICE and its federal law enforcement partners prosecuted numerous targets who had foreign arrest warrants and Interpol Red Notices, apprehending criminal alien offenders wanted by authorities in several foreign countries. Three of those arrested were known or suspected terrorists.

ICE Philadelphia arrested Albert Miguel Quinones-Quinones, a 38-year-old sexual predator from Colombia, on Nov. 10. He's been convicted of assault and arrested for rape in Pottsville, Pennsylvania. He was sentenced to two years in prison.
