Officials with ICE Boston, DEA New England, and ATF Boston arrested Vivian Gisselle Soriano-Neto in Providence on March 11. Soriano had originally been arrested by U.S. Customs and Border Protection on October 25, 2017 after illegally entering the United States at the Calexico, California Port of Entry.
