Illegal Alien Charged with Immigration and Firearm Offenses for Shooting a Man in Front of His Daughter

Jose Guadalupe Vazquez-Delgado, 36, a Mexican national, was federally indicted for possession of ammunition by an illegal alien and unlawful reentry into the United States after allegedly shooting a man multiple times during an argument in Antioch, Tennessee, while the victim’s seven-year-old daughter watched. Vazquez left 14 shell casings, his truck, and his Mexican passport at the scene; the victim survived after receiving life-saving emergency surgery. If convicted, Vazquez faces up to 15 years in federal prison for the firearms offense.
