A 44-year-old Salvadoran national pleaded guilty to unlawful reentry after being arrested by ICE Boston in March 2024. Arsenio Valladares had been previously deported in 2008 and possessed convictions for violent crimes including assault with a deadly weapon and assault on a police officer.
