ICE Houston apprehended Javier Perez-Garcia, a 48-year-old Mexican national, on September 22. He was convicted of indecency with a child (sexual contact) in Hopkins County, Texas, and sentenced to eight years in prison. He is listed on ICE's "Worst of the Worst" criminal offenders list.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers arrested Jose Andres Rodriguez-Torres after he entered their Houston office parking lot carrying a knife and crack pipe. Rodriguez-Torres is a Mexican national with a history of repeated illegal entries into the United States, having previously been released under prior administration policies.

ICE arrested Raul Enrique Pargas Rodriquez, a 31-year-old Venezuelan national, for an alleged violent attack in which he allegedly beat, demeaned, and tortured a young woman using a handgun in a Russian roulette-style assault in 2021 before fleeing to the United States. He was located in Plano, Texas, and remains in ICE custody pending immigration proceedings.

ICE officers arrested Ahmed Mohamed Yasser Salama, a 35-year-old Egyptian national, in Corpus Christi on August 19, 2025. Salama had been charged with first-degree felony sexual abuse in 2019 but was granted an immigration bond and released under Biden administration policies.
