ICE Houston apprehended Javier Perez-Garcia, a 48-year-old Mexican national, on September 22. He was convicted of indecency with a child (sexual contact) in Hopkins County, Texas, and sentenced to eight years in prison. He is listed on ICE’s “Worst of the Worst” criminal offenders list.
