U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrested Uzbekistan national Ulugbek Davronov April 28. The 21-year-old illegal alien is currently pending charges for rape: oral sexual contact without consent-other than incapacity consent; sexual misconduct: engage in oral sexual contact without consent; attempted assault: with intent to cause physical injury; and sexual abuse: subject another person to sex contact without consent.
