ICE Atlanta arrested Higinio Mendoza-Apolonio, a 41-year-old criminal alien from Mexico, on Nov. 19. He's been convicted of assaulting a woman and false imprisonment in Durham, North Carolina, and was sentenced to 60 days in jail. He currently has pending criminal charges for holding an adult in sexual servitude, assault by strangulation, assault on a woman and communicating threats in Lee County, North Carolina.

ICE Buffalo arrested Miguel Angel Ramirez Benitez, a 36-year-old violent criminal alien from Mexico, on Nov. 18. He's been convicted of murder in Goshen, New York, and was sentenced to 15 years to life in prison.
