He's been convicted of domestic abuse assault by impeding air or blood flow in Woodbury County, Iowa, and was sentenced to a year behind bars. He was also convicted of displaying a dangerous weapon and operating while intoxicated in Woodbury County, and he was sentenced to a year for those offenses, as well.

ICE St. Paul arrested Jonathan Segura Avina, a 26-year-old violent criminal alien from Mexico, on Nov. 9. He's been convicted of domestic abuse/assault while impeding air flow and operating while intoxicated in Crawford County, Iowa.
