I think it is time we discussed the constitutional rights of our children. And when I say children, I refer to the unborn and the born. It appears that too often we are subverting the rights of our children to the whims of adults, relegating them unrepresented, especially our unborn children whose voices we cannot yet hear, but we know that they can experience pain. Think about the recent bill signed into law in the State of Massachusetts by Gov. Maura Healey that allows our unborn children to be dismembered in the womb all the way up to birth.

This year we celebrate the 250th anniversary of American independence, when our nation was established based upon the Natural Rights theory of John Locke. Our endowed, unalienable rights of life, liberty, and property (pursuit of happiness) emanate from the God of our Judeo-Christian faith heritage. Sadly, it appears that Gov. Healey believes that the right to life emanates from her pen, as she condemned unborn babies to a brutal death in the State of Massachusetts. Wonder what the Sons of Liberty would say? And what of those disturbed women who stood by clapping and smiling as she did so? The delusional Marxist ideological right to dismember unborn babies in the womb, albeit Massachusetts already allowed such up to 24 weeks, undermines the constitutional right of those babies.

Staying in Massachusetts, the recent trial of one Lindsay Clancy captured this nation. The trial devolved into a question of her psychosis and less about the three children who were strangled to death by their own mother, a questionable reference for her. Think about it: how many people across America can recite the names of the three children who were killed? Cora Clancy (5), Dawson Clancy (3), and Callan Clancy (8 months). And once again we had the deranged “Pink People” standing outside and showing more concern about the woman who systematically choked her own progeny. We have taken so much time to create “mental” conditions for the purpose of excusing abhorrent behavior: killing your own children. And the voices being heard are the voices of the Baal god Moloch, the god of child sacrifice; in other words, the devil, prince of darkness. We cannot become a society so devoid of morality and a moral compass that is completely broken.

And now, in a suburb of Chicago, Corie Walsh (40) killed her son Barrett Walsh (2) by hanging him in the basement. She told her neighbor, who found Corie in a bathtub cutting herself, that little Barrett was the anti-Christ and the devil. Corie Walsh had been obsessed with the Lindsay Clancy trial. It appears that her obsession led to the horrific death of little Barrett. Just think about it: taking a two-year-old and hanging him?

Then, there is the mother and grandmother in upstate New York, Sarah Myers (44) and Amy Steadman (64), who gave their children and grandchildren, Harper Harmon (13), Hudson Harmon (11), Gracelynn Harmon (10), and Gavin Harmon (10), lethal doses of kratom and diphenhydramine before they took their own lives.

How have we come to this point where the first unalienable right endowed to all of us, especially for our children, has become so disregarded? Our children deserve their constitutional rights to be considered in our public discourse and in our society.

In Kentucky, Dr. Stacey Fazenbaker was asked to pick up her 10-month-old granddaughter, Scottie Crowell, and take her to daycare. With her little granddaughter in the back seat, Dr. Fazenbaker went directly to her medical center and somehow “forgot” little Scottie in the back seat of her car. When the parents went to pick up Scottie, they were told that she was never dropped off. They called Grandma, who ran to her car, much too late. How do you “forget” your child in the back seat, or why would you choose to leave your child in the back seat in a hot car for any reason? It appears that 50% of pediatric vehicular heatstroke is the result of a new syndrome: “Forgotten Baby.” I am a dad and granddad, and I just do not see how one forgets a child in their own car.

Here in Texas, Federal Judge David Hittner has twice ruled against Texas Senate Bill 12, which was signed into law banning drag performances before children. Judge Hittner ruled that drag queens have a First Amendment constitutional right to perform before children. Since when do sexual deviants have a constitutional right to display their perversion before children, minors? Judge Hittner has decided that it is more important for sexual perversion to be displayed before our kids than protecting our kids from said deviancy. It is just the same as the rebranding of pedophiles as MAPs (Minor-Attracted Persons). This contributes to why America infamously leads the world in child sexual abuse material (CSAM). And that goes right along with adults making decisions to mutilate the bodies of our children under the disgusting guise and lie of “gender-affirming surgery.”

It is time mature and responsible, constitutionally minded adults take a stand for our children, unborn and born. We must be their voice and defend them against the clear and present dangers that are endangering them, and I did not even mention their indoctrination over proper education. Just think about how, during the Biden administration, responsible parents who wanted their children educated and showed up at school board meetings were designated as domestic terrorists. Or even how the Biden administration directed FBI assets to surveillance of pro-life churches instead of actual terrorist organizations, to include those who were targeting pro-life centers.

Thirty-two years ago, Susan Smith drowned her two boys, Michael (3) and Alexander (14 months), in a locked car that rolled into a lake. In June 2001, 25 years ago, Andrea Yates drowned her five children in a bathtub. We cannot continue to just push this aside as an issue of a mental condition. There is something far more disturbing occurring, and that is the subjugation of the basic constitutional rights of our children to the ideological rights of leftists. This is a disconcerting trend that threatens the future of America. We must protect our future generations.

Right now, we have our work cut out for us.
