ALEXANDRIA, VA (October 26, 2016) — An attempt by the George Soros-backed SEIU to dismiss the ACRU’s complaint against Florida’s second largest county for its corrupt voter rolls failed when a U.S. District judge denied the motion and ordered Broward officials to respond to the complaint.
The ACRU sued the county in June based on evidence that the county has more people registered to vote than the number of citizen age-eligible residents, a violation of the National Voter Registration Act (“Motor Voter” Law), which requires accurate voter rolls.

SANDERSON, TEXAS (March 30, 2015) U.S. District Judge Alia Moses rejected a motion by Zavala County officials to reject standing for the ACRU and to dismiss the case. The ACRU sued the county under the National Voter Registration Act for having more registered voters than age-eligible citizens.
