Judge Rejects Motion to Dismiss Broward County (FL) Case

By |2017-01-31T16:39:49-05:00January 31st, 2017|

ALEXANDRIA, VA (October 26, 2016) — An attempt by the George Soros-backed SEIU to dismiss the ACRU’s complaint against Florida’s second largest county for its corrupt voter rolls failed when a U.S. District judge denied the motion and ordered Broward officials to respond to the complaint.

The ACRU sued the county in June based on evidence that the county has more people registered to vote than the number of citizen age-eligible residents, a violation of the National Voter Registration Act (“Motor Voter” Law), which requires accurate voter rolls.
