ICE received information Feb. 20 confirming that Urbina was wanted in Honduras for murder and safely took him into custody that same day in Dublin, Texas, during a targeted enforcement action with the Erath County Sheriff’s Office.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrested Osmin Guevara-Ramirez, a 32-year-old illegal alien from El Salvador upon his release from the Wyoming Correctional Facility in Attica, New York March 28. The Nassau County Supreme Court convicted Guevara of attempted murder and gang assault Sept. 3, 2021, and sentenced him to six years imprisonment and five years post release supervision.
