On Aug. 12, ICE officers arrested Michael Kabiona and Noe Alberto Flores Sandoval — both convicted of heinous felonies against innocent children.
Numerous migrant suspects have been arrested on charges involving abuse of children in recent years in eastern Massachusetts.
