Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents arrested an illegal immigrant from Guatemala just hours after he was released by Rhode Island authorities despite being charged with multiple child sex crimes and having an active ICE detainer.
Civil rights groups are suing the Trump administration to stop ICE officers from abducting people who show up to New York courthouses for their immigration appointments.
On Aug. 12, ICE officers arrested Michael Kabiona and Noe Alberto Flores Sandoval — both convicted of heinous felonies against innocent children.
