DHS said Ramiro Antonio Gutierrez Garcia, an MS-13 member from El Salvador, was sentenced to 55 years in federal prison for his role in two murders in Queens. The statement says he helped plan one killing in 2018 and fatally shot another victim on a subway platform in 2019.
