Jose Velasquez-Martinez, a 27-year-old undocumented Salvadoran national, was arrested and charged with murdering Branden Probst, a 29-year-old father of two, in Fauquier County, Virginia. Authorities say the two men got into an altercation outside a residence during which Velasquez-Martinez allegedly stabbed Probst in the neck. ICE confirmed Velasquez-Martinez entered the country illegally in 2011.
