Three illegal immigrants have been charged in connection with a deadly drunk-driving crash on a highway in Arlington, Texas, after 25-year-old Cesar Ramirez Castro swerved his Ford F-150 onto the shoulder of I-20, slamming into a parked vehicle that then collided with a concrete barrier and burst into flames. A 22-year-old man was found dead inside the burning vehicle when the fire was extinguished. Ramirez Castro was charged with intoxication manslaughter and collision involving death, while two passengers — both also with immigration holds — were charged with public intoxication.
