ICE Newark arrested Pegdwende Abdul Latif Ouedraogo, a 24-year-old sexual predator from Burkina Faso, on Nov. 14. He's been convicted of luring and enticing a child in Mercer County, New Jersey, and was sentenced to 10 days in prison and supervised parole for life.
