ICE St. Paul arrested Pablo Tierrablanca-Tierrablanca, a 45-year-old Mexican national, after he was convicted of second-degree criminal sexual conduct involving a victim under the age of 14 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He had been listed on ICE’s “Worst of the Worst” wanted fugitives list prior to his arrest. Authorities urged the public not to attempt apprehension and to contact ICE immediately with any information regarding his whereabouts.
