Miguel Hernandez-Ruiz, a 26-year-old Mexican citizen, was arraigned on three charges related to a March 20 incident at a mobile home park in Michigan: two counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct and one count of first-degree home invasion. The alleged victims were two girls under the age of 13. A judge denied bond, with prosecutors describing Hernandez-Ruiz as “a danger to society and a flight risk.”
