ICE removed Miguel Saldivar-Moran, a 45-year-old Mexican national, to Mexico on April 29, 2025. Saldivar-Moran had been convicted of sexual abuse crimes against a child in Suffolk County, New York in 2019, and had illegally entered the United States in 1997. An immigration judge ordered his removal in 2016, and ICE arrested him in April 2025 upon his release from New York state custody.
