ICE removes Chinese national convicted of photographing military installations

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Philadelphia removed Fengyun Shi, a Chinese citizen with a removal order, to China on May 7. Shi had been convicted for using an aircraft to unlawfully photograph designated military installations. ICE’s Office of the Principal Legal Advisor had designated him as a national security risk based on this conviction.
