U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement removed Luis Gerardo Pelaez Llivichuzca, an Ecuadorian citizen with a final removal order who was wanted by his home country for murder, on March 25. The individual was arrested during a targeted enforcement action in New York on February 11 and subsequently transferred to the Moshannon Valley Processing Center in Philipsburg, Pennsylvania, while removal proceedings were underway.
