U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Philadelphia removed Elvis Isaac Aguirre Yanez, an Ecuadorian citizen with a final removal order, to Ecuador on May 6. Aguirre, classified as a foreign fugitive, was transferred to Ecuadorian authorities to face rape charges. The acting Field Office Director stated: “We will not allow sexual predators to escape justice by fleeing their home countries and seeking refuge in the United States.”
