U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Philadelphia office arrested Silvestre Herrera-Vasquez, a 48-year-old Mexican citizen, in Malvern on July 28. The arrest followed an outstanding warrant issued by the Philadelphia Police Department in 2014 for alleged sexual assault. Herrera-Vasquez will face expedited removal proceedings while remaining in ICE custody.
