U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrested Oscar Lopez-Perez, a Honduran national who unlawfully re-entered the country after two previous deportations, in Brockton, Massachusetts. Lopez-Perez carries prior convictions for assault and battery and was also charged with operating a vehicle under the influence.
