ICE Dallas removed Joaquin Gallegos, a 33-year-old Mexican citizen, on June 18 after arresting him during a targeted enforcement operation in Carlsbad, Texas. Gallegos was sought by Mexican authorities for his alleged involvement in a homicide, with an arrest warrant issued by Zacatecas law enforcement in December 2024. The removal marks another success in ICE’s efforts to locate and remove fugitives hiding within the United States.
