U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement apprehended a Guatemalan national in Hartford after he was charged with three counts of risk of injury to a child and disorderly conduct. The suspect had entered the U.S. through the CBP One application in July 2023 and was arrested by local police in July 2024.
