ICE Arrests Worst of the Worst: Criminal Illegal Aliens Convicted of Crimes Including Sexual Conduct with a Minor, Drug Charges, DUI and Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon

Over a two-day period, ICE arrested multiple illegal aliens with prior convictions for serious crimes across the country, including several with New York connections. Eduardo Torres-Gutierrez, a Mexican national, was convicted of assault in the Bronx, and Eduardo Pelaez-Martinez, also a Mexican national, was convicted of a criminal sexual act in Goshen, New York. Other arrests nationally included individuals convicted of indecency with a child, criminally negligent homicide by DUI, drug trafficking, and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
