ICE arrests previously deported Mexican national in Okla., convicted of the homicide of his own child

ICE agents arrested Carlos Ambriz, a 53-year-old Mexican national, near his residence in Catoosa, Oklahoma on March 25, after he had re-entered the country following a 2006 deportation. Ambriz had been convicted in Montana of deliberately killing his own child and received a 40-year prison sentence. He remains in ICE custody pending removal proceedings.
