U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrested Ramiro Guevara, a 46-year-old Mexican national, on March 26 in connection with a 2014 vehicle accident that killed a 13-year-old girl, for which he was never charged despite being wanted at the time for driving without a license. Guevara had remained at large despite a deportation order dating to 2017. He was taken into ICE custody following his arrest.
