Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrested Jose Madrid Reyes, a Salvadoran national with multiple prior convictions, after he allegedly stalked a federal government official and her child. Despite having been ordered removed from the country in 2022, Reyes remained in the U.S. illegally and was apprehended on July 12. He is now pending deportation proceedings.
