ICE arrested 23-year-old Guatemalan national Keycy Robinson Alexis Barrera-Rosa in connection with the murder of his girlfriend, Lesbia Mileth Ramirez-Guerra. His uncle, Rolvin Eduardo Barrera-Barrera, faces charges as an accessory to the crime. Both men had previously been apprehended by Border Patrol in 2019 near El Paso, Texas.
